Thai food has become world renowned, so it is no surprise that many visitors to the country want to learn some Thai cooking. Of all the cookery schools in Chiang Mai, this one is the original and still the best. You can join the group at Elizabeth and Somporn Nabnian's house in the countryside outside Chiang Mai, where they will teach you how to carve fruit and vegetables into attractive shapes, pound up a mean curry paste and prepare some dishes. As a bonus, you get to eat your creation!
