Korean Restaurant B.B.Q, Chiang Mai

As the overly simplistic name suggests, Korean Restaurant B.B.Q specializes in Korean style barbecue, meat cooked over small grills at the table and then dipped into sauce and wrapped in fresh lettuce. In the traditional Korean fashion, a large selections of cuts of beef and pork are offered. The beef is imported from Australia to assure international quality standards. All meals come with kim chi and other vegetable dishes that are refilled continuously. All food is cooked over coal fires rather than gas for authenticity and quality. Just for fun, there are a collection of Hanbuk (traditional Korean dresses) out for customers to try on and take photographs around the Korean-esque décor. -Scott Johnson
