Puppy House, Chiang Mai

Frequented by students of the ITM Massage School just around the corner, Puppy House delivers surprisingly good food in generous portions at just slightly over what one would pay at a street stall. The menu consists of staple Thai dishes: fried noodles, curries, fried rice; western breakfast items, and café favorites. The restaurant itself is modern with plenty of couches and pillows for comfortable seating. There is also a covered patio with a porch swing for al fresco dining. Free Wi-Fi is provided to customers and there are computers to use for people who haven’t brought their own. Comfort, convenience, and friendly service are all to be expected at an unexpectedly low price. -Scott Johnson
