Since its opening, the Salad Concept has been a Nimmanhaemin craze drawing heath and weight-conscious and big eaters alike. THB50 buys the basics for a build-your-own salad giving customers a choice of vegetables, meat, dressing, and grain or nut topping all on a base of a variety of leafy greens. All of the Salad Concept’s vegetables are grown without pesticides and the locally made dressings are all preservative-free. For those not minding their calories, Salad Concept has a variety of freshly made cakes and puddings. Fruit shakes, Italian sodas, and espresso drinks double the restaurant as a café. Green walls and wooden décor add to the natural feeling. Free WiFi is available for customers with laptops.
