Established in 1936, Centennial Park remains a peaceful and dignified place of burial. The rose gardens where ashes are scattered are a blaze of pink, white, apricot and burgundy. Equally eye-catching are the rows and columns of simple headstones on the lawns dedicated to the memory of South Australian ex-servicemen and women. The Jubilee Chapel complex comprises three private chapels. Within the foyer, displays reflect the park's relationship with the community as a whole.
