Manse (The), Adelaide

Converted from an 1894 theological college, the Manse offers five dining rooms for privacy or a cozily shared room with log fires in winter. Here you will find fine dining without stiff formalities. The restaurant serves outstanding food with friendly service. Cuisine is European with an Asian influence, with subtle and delicate flavors the specialty of the house. Signature dishes include tempura of tuna with Japanese seaweed and sesame salad, and magret of duck on roasted sweet potato with sweet sake and ginger beurre blanc. There is an extensive wine list and delightful desserts.
