Overview

As the name suggests, Aboriginal Fine Art focuses on Aboriginal art from the Central and Western Desert region in Queensland, the Kimberleys and Arnhem Land. The gallery works with more than fifty Aboriginal artists who present their collections of not only historical and traditional art but contemporary as well. Every art piece sold comes with an Aboriginal Fine Art Certificate of Authenticity, the biography of the artist and his story behind the artwork. If the artwork has been provided through N.T. Indigenous Art Supplies, then each art piece comes with photographic and video documentation of the artist creating it. Some of the artists represented by the gallery are Ada Bird Petyarre, Anna Price Petyarre, Warlimpirrnga Tjapaltiarri who did Lake MacKay and Aaron Kingsley who created Tingari. Their works are on display on the website, so do visit for more details.
