Named after the well-known dining street in Carlton, Melbourne, the three separate areas at the Lygon Street Restaurant, suggest Italian décor, using comfortable, plush red furnishings and timber shutters. Each location includes views of the flora and pool area of the Gold Coast International Hotel. The intimate restaurant leads into the piano bar, with the café alongside the pool.
