Overview
The Old Museum building was first constructed in 1891 for the Queensland National Agricultural and Industrial Association. Due to financial and other problems the building became a concert hall and then finally a cultural center in Brisbane. The center has seen recitals of music greats such as Dame Nellie Melba and Ignaz Paderewski. They also stage concerts by the Queensland's Wind Orchestra and Wind and Brass Orchestra. The hall has also seen the rhythmic moves of Queensland National Ballet. For more information about the concerts and tickets please do contact the venue. The Museum is a must stop for a number of international promotional tours and a number of other artists.
