Located at the Queensland Performing Arts Center, The Playhouse offers a more intimate theater experience than the three other performance venues at the complex. The theater features red/pink decor with intimate seating in stalls and balcony levels. The Playhouse is an 850 seat proscenium theater and caters for an orchestra of 50 musicians. Extensive backstage and technical facilities make the venue popular for smaller, but still technically complex productions.
