Located in the Old Mineral House, opposite the Botanical Gardens is the Restaurant TWO. An exotic amalgamation of Asian and European cuisine, chef David Pugh pours his years of gastronomic experience in to the menu, which changes every month. Be it a la carte or an eight-course meal, this one is sure to please every palate. The Huon Valley mushrooms and Madeira jus are winners all the way, while the macademia nut tart with mascarpone will pamper your sweet tooth.The ground level is a bistro and wine bar, while fine dining is restricted to the first floor.
