Brisbane Powerhouse for the Live Arts lies between two parks, New Farm Park and Powerhouse Park. For many years it was unused until Brisbane City Council made it a millennium project for restoration. Now it creates a different energy, or electricity! All sorts of theatrics and dynamic arts happen here, including events from the Brisbane Lesbian and Gay Pride Festival. They even have master classes for new media artists and curators. Go for it!
