This award-winning licensed Indian restaurant is found upstairs in Manuka Court. Aptly named the Jewel of India, the first impression is of a pink jewel, reminiscent of the glow of a ruby, with predominantly soft pink furnishings. Genuine Indian artifacts and old timber furniture enhance the effect. Chef Venkatesh was trained in India and has many years of experience in top Canberra restaurants.
