Lotus Eaters Cafe is a small, informal and relaxed venue that offers some of the best cafe food in the state. Chefs Olivia Chapman and Giselle Barton own this establishment, which has a reputation for fabulous unpretentious fare like their beef in red wine with bay leaf pie, the perfectly spiced and authentic Indonesian beef and coconut curry, and the mushroom tart. There is fresh, daily baked sourdough bread and to die for desserts all accompanied by a variety of teas, and coffee. The menu changes frequently, as the chefs make whatever strikes their fancy.
