Raincheck Lounge, Hobart

A brightly colored mural of Goodyear blimps , unicorns and assorted variety of stars and rainbows will greet the visitor to this slightly kooky, but very popular North Hobart establishment. Raincheck has terrific food, including breakfast delights of Eggs Benedict and a wonderful Spanish Omelette, luscious cakes to have with an after theater coffee or possibly one of the many Tapas choices for an evening meal. There is a well chosen and well priced wine list, several of which can be purchased by the glass. Situated in the heart of “restaurant row” in North Hobart, this venue is only a ten minute walk from the cities central business district.
