Chefs Rebecca and Patrick Ling are from Nanjing China and have brought their authentic recipes with them. The rustic flavors of their home region abound on the short but excellent and very reasonably priced menu. Try the pan fried pork and chive dumplings dipped in a soy, vinegar and sesame oil sauce, the dry fried green beans with spicy pork, or possibly the deep fried marinated chicken. You will not find any of the standard Asian fare on this menu, but the daily full house indicates that the owners have won the hearts of the locals. This venue is probably one of the best value restaurants in the state. For a small corkage fee you may bring your own wine or choose from a small selection of wine and beer on the premises.
