Eat out in style without the hefty price tag. At the William Angliss Institute's flagship teaching restaurant, diners can feast on economical two and three course meals cooked by final year apprentice chefs. Regular buffets also offer a chance to sample dishes from featured cuisines, including Moroccan and Spanish. Neutral tones, chocolate brown furniture and geometric designs reflect the sophistication of its inner city location and give the dining room a fresh, modern feel. Diners must be seated within a half-hour time period, but what's lost in flexibility is more than made up for in value for money. Lunch and dinner is served from 12p and 7p respectively.
