This is a barbecue of dramatic proportions. BlueFire grills meat and seafood over flaming open-fire grills, a method derived from the traditional Brazilian churrascaria (open-fire pit barbecue). Meats are then brought straight from barbecue to table on giant skewers and carved directly onto diners' plates. Add to the occasion white tablecloths and views across the water, and you've got a meal that's far from the average backyard barbecue. But be warned, if you've chosen the signature Churrascaria Menu, the meat doesn't stop coming until you signal you've had your fill.
