What was once a historical pub in St. Kilda now has a new identity in the form of Newmarket Hotel. Though the space has been modernized extensively, it still retains the essence of a public house where people meet, socialize and have a good time. The sprawling space has been elegantly done up with rich furnishings and accented lighting. The menu is comprised of dishes that are a contemporary take on Hispanic cuisine with a special emphasis on Mexican specialties. The cellar has a practically unending list of wines and spirits.
