When it comes to eating in the Dandenong Ranges, Devonshire teas and country pies are a must-try. Serving both, but more famous for their award winning pies (13 medals since 1996), Pie in the Sky offers the best traditional pies and an exotic range of gourmet pies – Korma, Tandoori, Rendang. The pies are great for two reasons. One, they have the best flaky puff pastry, homemade and baked fresh daily. Two, instead of mince, you get real meat in bite-size chunks. Dining in costs more, but with salad or chips, your meal is complete.
