But don't let the word "patisserie" fool you, this is no street corner bakery. The sweets on the menu are cutting edge, and served up alongside both traditional and modern French food. With the kitchen open all day, the defining lines between meal times are blurred, and patrons can enjoy everything from a fricassee of squid to red pepper pannacotta with goats' cheese.
