Blanco Restaurant & Bar , Sydney

Adding some Gaudi-like swirls to the modernist Durbach Block Building (previously home to Baron's), the crew behind Blanco has brought a bit of Barcelona to Potts Point. With chefs Scott Mason and Brendon Vallejo—both of Bistro Moncur fame—behind the burners, you'd be right to expect something pretty special from the menu. And you won't be disappointed. There are a couple of traditional mains, like boneless roasted chicken with asparagus and mint; but if you keep to the small dishes, you'll have a better chance to experience all that's offered.
