Since bursting onto the Sydney dining scene in 2006, Bodega has been on the must-do list, with its trendy location, impressive artwork and oh so good-looking chefs. But all that would count for nothing if the food weren't any good. The tapas-only menu serves up Spanish and South American bites that have diners coming back night after night—and bringing their friends, too. Empanadas are a must when ordering (with vegetarian versions available), as are the kingfish fish fingers and the eggplant in escabeche has been known to convert even the most stubborn carnivore.
