After opening up one of Darlinghurst's first small bars, Pocket, and soon after making a move to the CBD with Stitch, it would make sense that the next bar for this successful team would be called Button. Behind an unmarked door on Foveaux Street in Surry Hills, you'll find a small place that's been given a bit of a pirate ship theme. Slide into a leather booth and you'll be surrounded by plenty of timber, hanging lanterns and even rum barrels. It might be tempting to go for the pirate's favorite, but steer yourself towards something from the excellent cocktail list. -Kashmir Brummel
