Slick and smoothly run, Din Tai Fung is a dumpling house famous for steamed soup filled dumplings served in bamboo steamers. The dumplings come with special instructions to avoid scalding broth cascading down the lips and chin. Diners are advised to scoop the dumpling onto the wide flat spoon and spear the wonderful thing with a chop stick. The broth will spill out onto the spoon, ready for slurping along with the dumpling and tasty pork or pork and prawn filling. This is a large place in the World Square Shopping Center, with a mixture of small tables and benches, great for a larger party.
