Golden Moon, Sydney

It's no surprise this classic Chinese restaurant can be found on the edge of Sydney's China Town. It should come as no surprise that Golden Moon serves up traditional dishes like Peking duck, honey prawns and congee in an atmosphere of gold and red dragons and the obligatory fish tanks.. What is more unusual is the broader menu, containing weird and wonderful delights like wood-roasted pork chin, deep-fried pigeon or pigs lung soup. Add to that an extra late closing time (Golden moon shuts its doors around 4a), and you're starting to notch up a few reasons to go and visit.
