Little Marionette (The), Sydney

With the Balmain branch of The Little Marionette a firm favorite of coffee drinkers in the Inner West, the team has opened another cafe to help spread the love. This outlet may be slightly larger than its sister, but it's still just a slip of a thing, housed in a shoebox-sized corner block on Trafalgar Street. They have, however, saved a bit of space with the kitchen. If you're after a hot breakfast, this isn't the right place, but you will find the enormously popular baked goods from Newtown's Black Star Pastry. But the real winner is the coffee, roast on-site and prepared to perfection.
