Momofuku Seiobo is not one specific kind of cuisine, but takes influences and techniques from all over the world, showcasing exemplary ingredients. All meals are served as a multi-course tasting menu while, albeit is not cheap, is an overall dining experience, not just a meal. Reservations are required and can only be made online through their website, and the restaurant recommends you allow at least two hours to fully enjoy and appreciate your meal.
