Once the home of Tattersalls Hotel (reputedly one of Sydney's last truly dodgy pubs), this Victoria Road venue has been given a new name, new look and brand new menu. Ruby L'otel has ditched the pokies and beer garden and replaced them with a yum cha and an outdoor restaurant. It's this open-air space that's made the biggest difference to the feel of the place, as it allows for families, who come to take advantage of the weekend kids' activities.
