Also known as Hy's Guam, this venerable eatery on the second floor of Holiday Inn serves high-class (and mostly high-calorie) dishes in elegant surroundings accented with wood and glass. Many dishes are prepared table-side including some salads, some desserts, and even the Rack of Lamb, roasted to order backstage but cut before your eyes. Steaks are the specialty, however, and all are Canadian AAA Alberta grain-fed beef. For dessert, try the island favorite Mud Pie. Function and banquet rooms are available.
