Overview
One of the several beaches that line the coast of Guam, Matapang Beach lies along the curve of the Tumon Bay. A popular haunt for locals and visitors, this beach boasts strikingly blue-green waters, accentuated by the white of the sand on the shore. Ideal for swimming, the waters here are not much inhabited by marine life as there isn’t any live coral on the seabed. Besides swimming, the beach is extremely popular for canoing, and in the evening, the horizon is lined with several canoes. Do call to know more about this beach.
