Overview

For true vegetarian cooking on Guam, choices are limited, but this little cafe at the Adventist Mission offers an excellent meat-free lunch on weekdays. Order sandwiches with choices of bread, meat substitutes and condiments. Hot dishes include Lasagne and Mushroom Loaf, both served with bread. Beverages include fruit and tofu smoothies and shakes, herbal teas and caffeine-free coffee. The daily specials are good values. The vegetarian grocery sells Boca Burgers, other meat and dairy substitute products, plus vitamin supplements and more.
