Café on Kohi, Auckland

This very pleasant café overlooks Kohimarama Beach, the Hauraki Gulf and Rangitoto Island. It is popular with local residents, joggers, bike riders and strollers, and features outside dining with tables on the footpath. The café displays typical beach-side décor, with original art on the walls. But the best décor is the magnificent view of the water. Casual dress standards apply. It is a great place for coffee, tea, panini and cakes during the day and traditional hearty fare in the evening. Weekend brunch is a specialty. The café is licensed and you may bring your own wine.
