Overview
Across the road from the Market Square, Liquid is set a little away from the main action at Viaduct Harbour, but creates plenty of life of its own. The interior is terracotta and royal blue. Full windows and bi-fold doors on two sides open to outdoor seating where you can watch the world go by. Popular items from the varied menu are the Cajun Chicken Sandwich with Kumara Fries for brunch, and the Creole Spiced Chicken Salad for dinner.
