At the Bankers Hall branch, the draws are simple: familiarity and reliability. There are Earl's all over the city and region; and with a largely uniform menu, look and feel, diners know they are going to get good, interesting food at a reasonable price. Many diners go for Earl's 12-inch wood-fired pizzas and their Italian and Asian pastas and sautes. Or they can graze on appetizers, like Gyoza, a plate of Japanese dumplings.
