Overview
Latitude 53 is run by artists for artists and has strong links with the local gay community. Its prime function is to bring local contemporary artists to the fore while providing a Mecca for the exchange of ideas. Many fine works are on display as well as art-related publications. Regular features include experimental art, videos, photography, visiting artists, lectures, and presentations. This interesting gallery is certainly worth a visit.
