Overview
The Millwoods Recreation Centre is a municipal sports centre southwest of downtown, near the city limits. It boasts a wave action swimming pool, a new 5,500 square foot (511 square meters) fitness center, badminton courts, tennis courts, racquetball courts, two ice rinks, volleyball, saunas, and a children's indoor playground. Baby-sitting facilities are available for children up to six years old and full catering services are on site. Admission varies widely with special offers and packages.
