This bright and clean hotel has superb views over Halifax and Chocolate Lake. This hotel actually sits on Chocolate Lake, a favourite swimming hole in the summer for city dwellers, with a small sandy beach and lifeguards. The hotel has all the amenities of a much more expensive hotel, but at a lower cost because it is located just outside the city. If you are renting a car, it won’t be an issue, though. This hotel is pet friendly and the staff can’t do enough to help guests enjoy their stay.
