Ô Bol, Montreal

Ô Bol is a wonderful undiscovered gem located in the famous Bonaventure Plaza. Amongst the sea of fast food restaurants in the city's many food courts, Ô Bol stands out by a mile. It offers a completely vegan menu made up of healthy and delicious ingredients. Their concept is simple, all healthy, all in one bowl. Favorite dishes include the Moroccan vegan lamb stew with caramelized onions, grilled peppers and couscous, as well as the California Fusion, a salad bowl with beets, carrots, chicken, soba noodles, coconut milk and peanut sauce. The portions are very generous and the prices, very affordable. Now that's healthy.
