Kitchen Galerie is a cool little restaurant just north of the Jean Talon Market. Guests can order from the table d'hôte and choose from an extensive wine list. Two chefs, who will also be your servers, purchase their ingredients daily from the market and let them influence their menu, be it French, Italian or Chinese. Aside from a touch of serendipity, one of Kitchen Galerie's specialties is the rib-eye steak for two, served on one plate that stretches across the table. It's marinated in tarragon juice, comes with root vegetables as well as optional black truffles and foie gras.
