Orchestre Symphonique de Montreal (OSM) is a symphony orchestra founded in 1934 by Canadian orchestra conductor Wilfrid Pelletier. It is one of the major cultural organizations present in Montreal, only creativity and culture oozes out of this beautiful venue. Famous musicians such as Wilfrid Pelletier, Désiré Defauw; Igor Markevitch; Zubin Mehta, Franz-Paul Decker, Rafael Frühbeck de Burgos, Charles Dutoit, Kent Nagano etc have performed here and made this place quiet profound. The OSM has produced 95 recordings, has won 47 national and international awards, including two Grammys.
