Carleton Tavern, Ottawa

Housed on Armstrong Street in the Central part of Ottawa, the Carleton Tavern is just the place to be if you like it simple. The crowd here are working people who come here for their country music and beer. Mostly made up of young professionals the customers are in their late 20's and early 30's. With a very welcoming atmosphere, the music here is typically country and western. Made up of two levels the entry level has a stage where music is performed and t he second level plays host to a number of private events. They also have dart boards here and even host dart tournaments on Saturdays. At the Carleton Tavern concerts are also held regularly where performers entertain crowds. The food is typically American with burgers, pizza, BBQ and well known starters like Chicken WIngs and Nachos making up the menu.
