It's worth the trek north to Ristorante Boccaccio, which is located in the Columbus Centre, Toronto's most important Italian-Canadian cultural facility. The setting is romantic in this 125-seat restaurant with its soft dark woods, white-linen tables and high-backed chairs. Dishes include an appetizer of Steamed Mussels in lemon, Wine and Herb Broth and Risotto with grilled radicchio and roasted peppers. A house specialty is the Drodetto di Pesce for two, a tantalizing mixture of seafood steamed in white wine, fresh tomato, herbs and olive oil.
