The awesome façade gives way to extravagantly decorated interiors, with dressed up tables, a huge stairway, carpeted floors and VIP dining rooms overlooking the sea. Once seated, the impeccably dressed wait staff will speedily serve you some delectable Cantonese cuisine, amid these opulent settings. Set dinners are the main preference here, with courses including the famous Peking Duck, Sautéed Lobster and Mango Pudding. The seafood at the Imperial Chinese Seafood is absolutely fresh, in fact it's kept alive in a water tank till you order. Expect to spot celebrities but be forewarned about the prices, since they do not include taxes.
