Percy Perry Stadium, formerly known as the Town Center Stadium, is a versatile sports venue in Coquitlam. This oval stadium was built in the year 1991 on the occasion of the BC Summer Games, and has a capacity of about 1500 spectators. Located in the Town Center Park, Percy Perry Stadium has a 400 meter synthetic rubber track for marathons, and separate areas for pole vault, long jump, high jump, shot put, javelin, hammer and so on. The 1993 Canadian Track and Field Championships were held at this stadium. The BC Highland Games and Scottish Festival is another prominent event taking place at the Percy Perry Stadium.
