Overview
Initially called Suburban Park, Assiniboine Park is a natural space that is ideal for family hangouts and gatherings. Open every day of the year, this is a park that charges no admission fee. The park is also home to some of Winnipeg's other attractions, which include the Assiniboine Park Zoo, the Assiniboine Park Pavilion and the Assiniboine Park Conservatory. Family outings here need not exclude your pets, for they are more than welcome.
