Overview
This little carousel is always busy any time it is running. It generally runs every weekend while the Feria de Plaza Palermo (an open air market) is happening. It's a tiny carousel with a little mini house to mark the spot. If the house and carousel do not catch your eye, the massive amounts of families and balloons surely will. It is also a nice little treat for the kids and gives the plaza a friendly atmosphere. - Rease Kirchner
