La Fabrica del Taco is a wonderfully kitschy, glorified Mexican taco stand with a small menu of yummy quesadillas, tacos, and nachos, frosty Coronas, and that tasty trademark Mexican concoction of lime juice, salt, and cerveza - the Michelada.
