Garbis, Buenos Aires

The first thing that you will notice about Garbis is the great environment. While the walls and color provide a visually subtle taste of Armenia, the smell of the spices and dishes bring this place together. The service is respectful and fast, and the bathroom is clean as an operating room - but most important of all is the food. The truth is, is that it's really hard to recommend something from Garbis because they have about a dozen first class dishes: Chicken Shish Kebab, Belen Salad, Galatabureki, Manti, Falafel etc. The best way to go if you're not dining by yourself is to choose a mix of several dishes big enough for two or more people. Don't be afraid to branch out because since 1918 Garbis has only meant one thing in Buenos Aires, quality.
