A lofted San Telmo art gallery displaying rotating exhibitions by the 'Secret Garden' art collective, Jardín Oculto moved into the current space in late 2008 when the Almagro apartment of gallery director Moira Aguirrezabal began to burst at the seams with the work of her underground artist friends. The energy of the group now fuels a busy schedule of shows that change on an almost monthly basis and are comprised of everything from neon paintings of dinosaurs to wire wall sculptures and collaborative pieces crafted by multiple artists. Check the website for exhibition opening dates, which are typically accompanied by offbeat live music performances (think punk) and an interesting smattering of local characters.
